AustinEV recommends flying into Austin Bergstrom Airport (AUS). AustinEV recommends planning to arrive in Austin between noon and 7pm on Friday April 1st. We will have shuttle service from the airport to the Friday dinner running from about 3pm till 7pm. Return flights should be planned for Sunday late afternoon or Monday morning. Vehicles are also available to rent at the airport.

AustinEV members have opened their homes for a limited number of EAA guests. Please contact us in advance. AustinEV recommends the nearby Holiday Inn Express (512)467-1701 or the less expensive Motel 6 (512)837-9890.

Vehicles: - [back to top]

Nearby visitors are encouraged to bring their electric or hybird vehicles to the show. You can show the vehicle both days or only Saturday. AustinEV will have members present all day both days and overnight security at the show location.
