1.  First select "Register" from the menu bar.  This is the line of text below the title box.  When the registration window opens, type in your choice of a user name, your email address, and a password.  Type in the password a second time for confirmation.  Select "OK".

2.  Now, select the classification you wish your ad to appear in.  For example, if you wish to sell an EV part, you would select the "EV Parts For Sale" category.

3.  Now select "Submit Ad" fro the center of the menu bar.  Fill in the details of your ad, you may ad a photo to your ad by simply pressing the "browse" button and the selecting the image from your computer.  Do not include your email address in the ad text, as the response form will handle all messages without revealing your email address.

4.  Once you have completed your ad entry, press "OK".  This will load the data to the system and send an email to the webmaster to review the ad.  As soon as the ad is reviewed, it will be approved and will post to the Tradin' Post.

All ads run for 60 days.  10 days before the ad expires, a message will automatically be sent to the advertisers warning of the deadline.  If the advertiser wishes to continue the ad, they can select "continue" and the ad will renew for another 60 days.  If the advertiser does not respond before the 60 days are up, the ad will automatically be deleted from the system.

The ads can be edited or deleted by the advertiser at any time.  Simply login and select "My Ads" from the menu, the select the ad you wish to edit from the list.  To edit the ad, select "modify" in the upper right corner and make the changes you wish.  To delete the ad, simply select "delete" from the upper right corner.

The ad text and webpage fields support html, so almost anything that can be done on a webpage can be used in the ads.  The system only supports a single photo per ad, but by using html and thumbnail images located on a remote server, additional images can be handled if needed.
