Hi Everyone,

I wanted to send out an update on the Battery Beach Burnout and EAA 6th EVer
conference. The planning is going well and lots of things are happening to
get ready for the events. The websites have been updated and recommendations
for airports and hotels have been added. Both events can be reviewed on the
FLEAA website here: http://www.floridaeaa.org

So far we have heard from lots of folks that are planning on making the trek
out of the snow to come to FL. This year's event is going to be great!

There is also a registration form on the website for the events. There is no
charge for attending, however, we do need everyone to fill out the form and
let us know if you will be attending either (or both) of the events. We are
preparing welcome packets and name badges. This will also give us a count of
how many people are going to be attending. Please take a moment and fill out
the form to help us plan better. You can find the form here:

We are still lining up guest speakers, but already have several speakers
committed to presenting at the conference.

We are still looking for sponsors! If you are interested in being a sponsor
