Hopefully the hazmat detail won't add too much to the cost. When I shipped
a pallet of nicad batteries to Minnesota (1600lbs IIRC) the hazmat charge
was $12 as I recall.  Of course this was truck freight, maybe it makes
more of a difference with UPS/Fedex/whatever.
