[ausev] digest mode a suggestion for email swamp

I dont know if some of the new signups didnt notice, but digest mode is what
i get, and it prevents swamping, i may get 2-3 emails a day from here i
think, i read most of it, but with digest all the titles of each post are
shown at the top of the email, so you can quickly scan the top part of the
digest to see if there is anything worth reading in it

though i know that wont help for people that didnt sign up for technical
discussions at all, the way to unsubscribe is posted at the bottom of each
email, and has been mentioned multiple times in the last week or 2, i dont
remember myself, but just check any austinev email at the bottom

a question from me, it was said that there is a second mailing list for EV
general announcements, but will anything posted to that list be posted here
also? since this is more a list for people that want to know everything, it
would be more convenient for us to get all emails here, instead of being
signed on to 2 lists, and it should be no harder to post/forward an email to
2 lists then it is to 1, but either way, just tell me what i need to do to
get al the info i can, thanks in advance
