[ausev] digest mode a suggestion for email swamp

Good day,

Thanks for your post.

This list will receive all news and announcements (like the  open
garage announcement for last weekend) AND foster further discussion
(like the follow ups that have been posted about what went on and
such).  By subscribing to this list, you will get everything we send
out.

The announce only list is configured as a one way list where ONLY the
news and annoucements will be posted.
