[ausev] Open Garage to work on the Cabriolet - Sunday @ noon

I don't know how much time I'll be able to spend, but I'll plan on
bringing the plasma cutter again and the welder as well (although it'd
probably be more straightforward to use a MIG).  I can also bring my angle
grinder.

Let me know if there are other tools it'd be handy to have on hand (saws,
air tools, etc).
