Ok, let's say one installs a conventional a/c auto system in an EV, but
with the electric compressor. Remember, if you drive in the summer, it
will be for an hour or two. How much will an electric a/c system impact
the range of the vehicle? 20%? 30? A compressor is a
compressor---with a big appetite for power. That's why I'm considering
the chilled water system, much as a pain restockig it with ice may be.
Minimal amp draw.
