[ausev] 2/0 welding cable anyone?

Do you guys think this would be a good opportunity for AustinEV as a group
to offer some help? It's difficult to buy only the amount of welding
cable that you need because you don't quite know how it's going to work
out until you're actually pulling the stuff and running it in the car, and
also because even if you did know it's expensive to buy by the foot.

My idea is that the group could purchase cable by the spool, say 250ft of
2/0 cable, like this:

A) Including shipping, this particular cable works out to $2.17 a foot.
The group could resell it in small quantities (by the foot) for that
amount or a little bit more to help with fundraising. It would still be
way cheaper than the $4 - $4.50 you'd pay elsewhere.

B) We could order it in *orange* which is pretty well standardized for
high-voltage wiring in hybrids and OEM EVs.

This is actually a bit better cable than the Waytek stuff (57 more
strands, differently colored inner insulation to show damage)...

Does anyone else think this would be a good idea?
