We have another event Saturday afternoon, but it looks like we should be able
to do the Sustainable Shopper's Ball. :) Would just have to leave fairly
quickly after it finishes - around 2pm, if I read the schedule correctly.

On another note, we dropped by the 2007 StatesmanCars Auto Show on Sunday.
We wanted to visit the Electric Cars of Austin booth. They had "Avocado," the
dealership's demo NmG, on display. I noticed that for the approximate one
hour we were there, the NmG maintained a continuous swarmed of people. The booth
attendant was exhausted! There was a perpetual line of people taking their
turn sitting in it and playing with the controls. I was very pleased with the
interest it drew! I think it got more attention than the "conventional" cars!

Anyway, we are all looking forward to the Ball!

This is great news!

I hate to spring this on you with so little notice, but is there any
possibility you and Heidi would be able to spend Saturday morning with us
at the Tony Burger center? Here's a map to it:

The event is out in the parking lot, and the last one drew easily 2-3
thousand people. I don't expect the crowd to be as large in the cold, but
it should still be worthwhile for talking to the public about EVs.

We'd love to have your NmG out there!
