[ausev] Henney History

There is a Henney Kilowatt on eBay (Item number: 170060766726) that I know
nothing about, but the seller includes a little history lesson that is
different than what I have heard before - but seems to be chock full of
facts.  Also, Aaron and Cara get a pseudo-mention where it says:

"...Of the documented 32 Henney Kilowatts produced, it is estimated that
there are between four and eight still in existence. At least two of these
documented "survivors" are still driven periodically"
