I'd guess 5000 to 7000 lbs.
I have a truck that could pull it.  Probably about 10 mpg with that kind of
load.  A commercial transporter might want $300 to $700 to move it.
Ive gotten bids before to move small bulldozers in that weight catagory.

CDL only if more than certain weight.  I dont remember the number off top
of my head.  Whoever has a CDL cannot take defensive driving to dismiss a
mooving violation, even if it was on the regular drivers license.
