[ausev] Scheduling for this weekend

Hello all,

The press showing went well last night and I think we got some interest from
some of the other people who were at the theater as well.  If you think your
friends would be interested in this film, please don't forget to let them
know it is opening this weekend.

We will be at the Arbor with our cars Friday evening from 5:00pm to 10:00pm
and on Saturday from 11:00am to 10:00pm.

A small group of us will be there for the duration, but we would greatly
appreciate any additional folk who want to come help out.  Below, I am
including a shift schedule.  Please send me an email letting me know what
shifts you think you can help cover.

Also, if you can part with your car for the weekend, please let us know.
Even if you can't be there for the event, we would be glad to show off your
cars!  We would be glad to coordinate, come get the car and show it.  Most
of the cars will not be staying at the Arbor overnight.  Instead, we will be
taking them back to Christopher's to charge up.  If you can't part with your
car for the weekend, but could bring it for a bit, please let us know an
approximation of which shifts below you might be able to bring it for.  That
way, if somebody we are talking to might be interested in it we can let them
know when you would be arriving so that they can come back if they want.

4:30 pm -- transfer of vehicles from Christopher's house and setup
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
10:00 pm -- clean up and transfer of vehicles back to Christopher's house


Saturday July 29
