[ausev] broken battery terminal

I wouldn't use any sort of adhesive; JBWeld might have metal particles in
it, but it's mainly an epoxy (an insulator). I have heard of folks being
able to re-cast battery posts out of lead, if you can't find anyone local
who can do that, it's probably time for a new battery.
