Nearly any automotive battery disconnect or ignition switch will
probably do just fine in this application. Automotive switches are
usually rated to break about 32V, and ignition switches are usually
designed to carry 60amps or so. In your case if it will _never_ break
under load using a switch with a lower voltage rating will be ok.
OTOH I think in this case I would be tempted to use a switch that can
break the full pack voltage and current, since it is the switch most
accessible to the rider in case of a runaway controller failure. The
breaker will not necessarily open if the controller fails full on. You
could use a lower amperage switch and a small contactor instead.
