[ausev] High-end electric go cart racing.

I haven't seen anything on the EV cart racing, but I think I remember a cart
racing circuit being opened in town (leasing space from the airport).

The EV Scooter rally sounds like fun.  I am sure Cara or I and the Ego would
be interested in participating.
