[ausev] Ovonic NiMH patent numbers

Hi all,

A good friend's dad is a patent attorney and was having trouble
believing some of my friend's claims that he got from WKTEC about GM
sitting on the NiMH battery patents. Does anyone know what the actual
patent # is that is holding up the use of NiMH batteries in EVs? I've
found a lot of history about the Cobasys-Panasonic lawsuit and a
flurry of patents on the USPTO website by Cobasys. What I couldn't
find was a reference to the actual patent in question. Often an
expiration date around 2015 is mentioned, but again, I couldn't find
an actual reference to a patent number in a chunk of time on Google,
the EVDL or an obvious answer from the USPTO. Anyone know?
