[ausev] Trike conversion: Remedial EM Sheilding question.

I've been looking on the net for a site that can help me answer one simple
question:
 Is there remedial EM sheilding that can be effective if you are sitting ten
inches away from an 8 inch diameter  DC electric motor at 96 to 120 volts,
probably fluxing at 15 thousand watts?    Yes or no?
(Preferring not to be the conduit for that EM feild in alignment with the
motor one way or another.)
