If my memory serves me correctly, this is the same dark blue Volvo which
has appeared most years alongside our display at the Renewable Energy
Roundup in Fredericksburg.  If so, then I believe it's another Ken
Bancroft creation; I talked to the owner on a couple of occasions (I don't
recall his name, but it's likely that this is the recently departed fellow
mentioned in the ad) and he had a story or two about dealing with him.

If anyone is interested in this car, it's probably really worth going over
the car in detail to examine the quality of the wiring and other elements
of mechanical soundness.  Roy's Geo, also made by Ken, has held up well
over the years, but then again it's had a "few" modifications and
improvements to work out issues with his somewhat disorganized
construction methods.
