[ausev] Ethanol plugging catalytic converters/short trip driving

  Since ethanol fuel burns far cooler than gasoline, another problem with it
that I have begun to look for in scanning catalytic converter efficiency
(converters are another combustion chamber and must "light up" at temps
higher than generally ethanol can provide for short trips).
  As well, converter combustion decreases in cold weather, so, I will really
be on the lookout for cats becoming plugged in the Winter, especially for
those whom drive short trips.
