The inductive system ("Magnacharge") was proprietary.  Basically half of the charger is onboard, half offboard.  The car also needed to liquid cool the paddle becuase of heat generated.  I am not aware of any components or methods to utilize the Magnacharge system on a hobbiest system.

I believe there are few, if any, Magnacharge vehicles left on the road.  You might want to double check that with the Arizona EAA chapter.  If there are none left you should ask if they will remove the Magnacharger and replace it with a standard 240 outlet.
