I've been there too ...  It's called CMC Metal Recycling (for some reason,
AKA "AMP Recycling Co"), and it's on Howard just west of the intersection
with Metric.  Take Metric north from Parmer to Howard, turn left, and
it'll be on the right-hand side of Howard very soon after the turn.

They also sell new steel there, but the variety isn't great. Just beams of
various cross sections, no sheet.  A lot cheaper than Home Depot, but it's
not set up so you can compare prices very well.  You find out how much it
costs as you're making the purchase.
