Converted from Rich TextMark,
It would help me out greatly logistics-wise if I could know who "may" need their EV towed to (and from) Fredericksburg. Due to another trip I will need to take in my RV to Del Rio (to train shop techs how to use a scan tool), in the next two weeks, it would be very helpful to me to know if anyone's EV "may" need to be towed, by Friday the 8th.

Generally someone from the Roundup gives us a call about 3 weeks before the event and formally invites us. We are guests and we receive our area on a space available basis. The transportation area is fairly small and the number of vehicles we can show depends on the number of paying exhibitors. There is room for about 3 or 4 vehicles on average. If we have extras we can rotate cars out for ride and drives.

I have my RV for towing, and Dan Petit has offered his as well. We need trailers or dollies.

Hybrid cars are welcome as well. If anyone on the list would like to show their production hybrid please let me know. You do not need to show the car all weekend, even one day is good.

I will submit an exhibitor form for the group, but I'll need to check with the Roundup before we'll have a better idea of how many cars to bring.

I have just been informed that we as a group have not 'signed up' to be at
  the roundup.

We just need to tell Russel how many cars will show up with an exhibitor form.

I just work there the whole weekend so I dont usually deal with paperwork.

anybody remember how it was done last year?
