This is pretty common with 80's, early 90's GMs and parts should be 
readily available.  GM ignition locks sucked.  Worst case we can just 
pull the lock cylinder and you can start it with a screwdriver.  Dan 
suggests spraying WD-40 down around the key while wiggling it, the 
steering wheel and the lock cylinder around.

I need to swap out the Oxygen sensor on the RV tonight so it has a 
chance of passing an emissions inspection tomorrow, but I may be able to 
look at your truck tomorrow.

I am still thinking about what to do about shade.  Weather forecasts are 
for 90's Fri, and 80's Sat/Sun.  AustinEV has 8x8 and a 10x10 
freestanding shelters, but that isn't much shade when we are showing 6 
vehicles.  I am thinking of hacking up a portable shelter from a tarp, 
some EMT conduit and drilled wood blocks to act as connectors.  
Thoughts?  Anyone know of a source for large (ideally) white or silver 
tarps? Maybe in the 15x20 or 15x30' sizes.
