[ausev] Sterling Kit car

That's my car.  Yes, the Sterling is a VW kitcar.  I don't plan on 
selling it, but nor am I working on it at the moment.  Funding issues 
and lack of workspace mean that the Sterling is likely to remain in 
storage for another year or two before I can get around to making some 
progress again.
