[ausev] Why are converted vehicles excluded from this list?

Two interesting things of note on that car list (aside from conversions not
being there):

1) Under eligible cars, the Myers Motors NmG isn't listed. which essentially
means there is no highway-capable car listed (correct me if I'm wrong). Are
they pushing to not qualify vehicles capable of traveling on roads with
higher speed limits?

2) The Vectrix maxi scooter (which is highway capable) is listed. Who in
Austin is selling this? I wanted to buy one of these six months ago, and I
believe they started offical sales (at least in Italy) about a month ago.
