[ausev] Why are converted vehicles excluded from this list?

We need to put a letter together to the city council,
and forward it to everyone we know and have them all
electronically sign and send it.  Hook up with a web
site that facilitates this.  I know a good web site
since I just did this recently. Aaron, would you be
interested in drafting a letter, or are there other
volunteers?
