[ausev] Why are converted vehicles excluded from this list?

I will be happy to sign letters to anyone y'all want on this. I
suggest including the following:
1. Extending the rebate to used electric vehicles (including
conversions).
2. Increasing the dollar amount.
3. Including Zap vehicles on the list.

I'm in for signing/helping write the letter. We can get a 2nd from the
Austin Bootstrap (small business) Sustainability group with some
gibberish about how it neglects small businesses from getting started
(say a business for converting vehicles).
