[ausev] Why are converted vehicles excluded from this list?

We can certainly distribute the petition/letter
widely.  I think though that the important first step
is to target those locally who can affect change
directly.  Would that be Mayor Will Wynn if this is to
be directed to City Council?  Or perhaps Stacy Neef
who is the Central Texas Clean Cities Coordinator?

Once we have the signatures, we can send it to
whomever we please, but any insight into the right
players would be helpful.  I don't know how involved
the City Council has been or will be with this
program.

One thing we might consider doing if we have not is to
become a stakeholder:
