[ausev] Austin Energy PHEV conversions

I found this in the insert that came from with my electric bill this 
month. Does any body know any details about it, like which kit they are 
going to use and who will do the conversion?

"Austin Energy is currently converting its fleet of sedans to Toyota 
Prius Hybrids and will convert three of those to plug-ins with an 
all-electric range of 20 miles."
