This time we went all the way, and pulled the upper battery racks and 
dropped the motor and transmission.  So an engine crane (chris?) should 
be all it takes to lower it in.

I do need to make some adjustments to the motor hub tonight, to get it 
moved forward on the shaft a bit.  The pressure plate to still too far 
from the throwout bearing for the clutch to disengage.  We slid the hub 
forward last time I had the stack apart, but the huge amount of force 
required to disengage the racing clutch forced it back.  This time I 
will have to drill some pockets on the motor shaft to give the setscrews 
some bite.  (Or if someone has a lathe and can turn me a quick spacer 
ring, that would work too.)
