If it is at City Hall. I have seen outlets in the parking Garage by the  
elevators. But someone has to ask the building people if the Circuits can handle  
it. Maybe they could designate parking for EV's and figure out if there is  a 
fee. Also they may need to work out how people can take turns  charging up. 
Joel may do that if we ask him to. I will call today and see if I get a  
response. I can email you all later tonight.
