Generally, if you can squeeze a little more capacity in, go for it.
For me, it would depend on the price difference as well. I can't
remember if they are the same outer dimensions, but that is good to
check as well.

I think I'm using the regular 8V batteries because they didn't have
the HC ones in stock.
