It says for a aircraft tug. looks like the model plate says 200 amps too.
for that application weight is not a problem, but an asset.
as for an EV, as you increase th voltage the rpm increase, but the motor
wears out faster. you might get somehting usefull, but might not. the
pictures also looked like there were no bolt holes in the face plate, so
mounting it might be problematic.
