All,

I want to start with a belated thanks to everyone who came out on 1/28 
for the RAV4's day zero as an EV.  I've posted a short/edited video of

Since then, the RAV4's new name emerged: the project is now the 
"RAVolt" and I've updated my blog to match (RAVolt.com).

My adapter should be back from the machinist this weekend, so I'm 
tentatively planning an open garage for Sunday 2/25 in the afternoon.  
The goal is to assemble the motor-adapter-transmission unit.  I live 
near Zilker Park and I'll post my exact address on my blog when I 
finalize the date.
