[ausev] electric Ranger pack conversion

This is interesting.  AustinEV member Mark Witt (who will hopefully pipe
up here) is currently in the process of converting his OEM electric
Ranger's battery pack. We'd been wrestling with this for several
weekends before the cold weather and other events interrupted, and
hadn't been able to get the lid shut with all the batteries and other
components in place -- and this was before doing the battery wiring! We
spoke over the phone to the guy from whom Mark bought the kit, and he
didn't offer much advice besides "fiddle and cram". At the time, there
were no pictures of the process online as I recall.

Now with these pictures, we see one of these pack conversions
successfully executed -- but with a different battery than Witt's using.
I hope he didn't get sold the wrong thing...
