If you have the measurements, I would recommend Castle CNC
as one option.  They are near rundberg on cameron (SP?),
they're in the yellow pages.  They can do either CNC or
manually operated mill/grind (to +/-.005 tolerance I think)
and they do a very professional looking job.  They do lots
of one-time commerical grade stuff.  I hired them to do my
drive shaft bolt pattern coupler and it fits very nicely.

They also have a variety of aluminum stock.  Talk to Joe if
