[ausev] Machine Shop for Adapter Plate

I think the high-accuracy machine work (drilling for bolt and alignment
holes) has already been done, but they shipped the plate back square, if
it's the same kind of situation as Nick had. In that case, all that's
necessary would be a bandsaw or similar tool and someone with steady
hands to follow the outline of the bell housing.
Rob, is this correct?
