Hi Nick,
Just a note: the rolling resistance quoted by tire
manufacturers is not the same thing as rolling resistance of
the vehilce; it doesn't include bearing pre-load torque and
other shaft resistances.  These others contribute to lost
energy.  You have at least 8 bearings on the average EV
conversion.  A Haynes manual which I have states that these
are anywhere from 1 to 10 ft.lbs. (paraphrase).
(I know this is probably nit-picking, but) are you looking
for ultimate accuracy in the model?  You might want to look
into this.
