Correct. EV-RATS asks for a coefficient of rolling resistance for a
single tire. It will multiply this by the number of tires and use it to
calculate the total force required to overcome this tire rolling resistance.

However, it also asks for a coefficient of resistance of the drivetrain,
which is uses just like the tire RR coefficient to ultimately calculate
the force required to overcome losses in the drivetrain, which would
include all bearings, gears, etc. While this is probably not the most
accurate way to calculate the amount of drag these sources introduce
into the system, it gives the user a way to account for them nonetheless.

Thanks,
