both ends have a bolt hole and are bolted down.

the 'lug' broke, really more like melted, at the joint between the flat
part that is bolted down and the round part that is on the cable.
I cant tell is it is soldered or crimped, I will have to cut of the shrink
tube or electrical tape to see later
