[ausev] Corrected location for RAV ICE removal

The location I send out earlier was INCORRECT.  The correct address is 
remapped to a different place by Google!

The actual address is 1706 Hydro Drive.  The best way to get there is 
from i35 to Howard (west).  The right on Metric.  Hydro crosses Metric.
