[ausev] Texas wants cleaner CARS, but forgets EV's ??

Actually what needs to be developed is any kind of Plug in Electrics Hybrid  
or only Electric, provides more flexibility and still transfers the electrical 
 load to mostly in evenings off peak usage at lower rates.
