I haven't written to them, but others have claimed that they don't
respond to emails. Also, there are parts of their site that haven't been
updated since 2005 (e.g. http://www.masterflux.com/products/cascade ). 

It would be nice if they're still in business, but it looks bad.  I'll
try calling them.
