Chris, I hope this doesn't cut into your business, but there is another guy
at Beck Auto Electric, Sean Hardin, 445-5939. He and Lisa Korf (512)
299-2399, are working together to do conversions.

I think the TT would make a fantastic conversion, but it is a great car by
itself, and if your conversion will be lead-acid powered then it will become
a commuter vehicle. I can understand if you'd rather convert a different
car.

Yes, and I put a smiley after the sentence :o) As I think quite a few of
you know, Aaron, Farver and I are starting a conversion business, and at the
moment we're just getting off the ground so we're keeping it low-key for a
while.
If you'd like to go this route or at least discuss what's involved, send an
email to either myself or Aaron:

We've only just recently gotten on our feet with this thing, so please
understand we're not ready to produce conversions at a quick pace. After our
first car is finished (currently in process) we'll be ready to jump into
another one. Between the three of us we do have a lot of experience in
building EVs, but the for-profit venture is a new thing.
