I don't know about the charger (in fact I doubt it, since it would
require an electrical hookup the likes of which I've never seen in a
house), but I'm pretty sure the batteries will be standard. I think
they're way too technologically tied to the AltairNano product to offer
the vehicle with a cheaper alternative. And I think this is a good
thing; the combination as we experienced in Dallas performed very well
and was doing ride-and-drive demos all evening.
