[ausev] extraneous parts

I have to agree with those who prefer keeping the clutch (and machining down
the flywheel). I currently have two EVs one with and one without clutch. I
can't really make direct comparisons due to the difference in the vehicles
(72 volt 1961 Henney Kilowatt and Mark Barr's 120 volt 1971? Karman Ghia),
but I _much_ prefer being able to use the clutch in the Ghia.

It is somewhat more complicated to put together when you are doing the
conversion, but not having to wait for the synchros means a much smoother
driving/shifting experience for me.

Cheers,
