You could say that, in the sense that GM manufactures Saturns and also
made the EV1.

As I recall the only connection the EV1 had with Saturn was that GM
decided to use the Saturn dealership chain as a channel to manage the EV1
leasing operation. In fact, I believe the EV1 was the only GM vehicle ever
sold under the "GM" brand name. It wasn't a Saturn or a Chevy or a
Pontiac. It was actually a "GM" EV1.
