Interestingly a similar vehicle was shown at the 2005 Vancouver EDTA 
conference by "Boschert Engineering"

At the presentation they made a big deal about hiring a LA vehicle 
designer for the styling.  As I guessed at the event, he made only minor 
changes to the base chassis, mostly changing the grill to mimic 
Phoenix's logo.  (I also guessed the truck bed might not have been 
standard, but I was wrong there.)
