[ausev] Speed limits-Austin Streets

Hello,
   
  I am a student researching the commercial potential of neighborhood electric vehicles in the Austin area.  In order to get a better understanding, I am trying to find information on speed limits within Austin's city limits.  Does anyone know where I can obtain this information if it exists?  Additionally, how do existing owners of NEVs deal with navigating the streets of Austin legally?
